DENDELION CHAI is a blend of 60% roasted dandelion root and 40% spices. Contrary to what the name Chai suggests, it contains no black tea and therefore no caffeine. The certified organic spices are from the latest harvest and imported directly from Indonesia by Golden Fields. They are cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg and clove, which aid digestion and have antioxidant, antimicrobial, anti-tumoral properties. They promote a healthy and happy existence. Available in sachets (5, 25 or 100 sachets) and loose grounds (175g per packet). Dandelion Chai is gluten free and coffeine free. This hot drink is a digestive drink. It goes well with or after any meal.

Golden Fields Dandelion Coffee is commercially grown on Golden Fields’ certified organic farm close to Christchurch in New Zealand. Dandelion is a difficult plant to grow commercially and is labour intensive, which explains the price.
The Dandelion CHAI (DC25, DC100, DC5) is available in sachets. There are 3.3g per sachet.
We now have also the Dandelion Chai loose, same formula. 175g per packet. The dandelion roots are roasted in our premises. Mixed with the spices, they make this very refined and balanced drink.
Ingredients: Finely ground dandelion root (60%), cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg, clove. The spices are certified organic from Indonesia. It is a truly beautiful flavour (like liquid Belgium biscuits!).
Directions:
Satchets: One sachet per cup, use preheated cup, pour boiling water, cover, infuse 5–10 minutes, squeeze sachet with teaspoon and stir.
Granules: Add one heaped teaspoon per cup (or 15g/L) to boiling water and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Alternatively steep overnight then simmer. Milk can be added. Strain and enjoy.
