Dandelion leaves are loaded with minerals and beneficial antioxydants that produce a range of positive effects for our health. They encourage bile production and fat metabolization, help purify the blood, regularize blood sugar levels, support kidney health, fight water retention.
Their diuretic effect does not lead to potassium leaching out because they contain so much of it that they pass it on to our organism.
When using only one sachet for a pleasure drink, it is a flavour comparable to green tea. When using 2 or 3 sachets for a therapeutic drink, the flavour is more bitter.

SUGGESTIONS FOR USE:
SACHETS: Infuse 5-10 minutes in simmering water and cover. It is recommended to make a 2-3 weeks cure every change of season rather than drinking it continuously all year round.
The tea bag paper, which is oxygen-bleached, has an apertured weave for better flavour transfer.
LOOSE: Take 2 teaspoons per 200ml cup. Use simmering water and cover. Infuse for 10-15 minutes. This will make a stronger brew than with one sachet.

This dandelion is grown on Golden Fields' certified organic farm near Lincoln, in the South Island of New Zealand. The large vigorous leaves are hand picked in the summer. They are dried, cut and packed on site.
